Pesto Tomato Cheeseball
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Pesto Tomato Dip Mix , dry
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese, sharp
Chopped nuts, optional
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend
in milk. Add dry Pesto Tomato Dip Mix and cheddar cheese. Stir well to combine. Shape into ball and roll in chopped nuts if desired. Chill several hours. Hint: To soften cream cheese, unwrap and microwave on high for 30 seconds. This cheese ball improves with age, so make the day before if possible.
