Teriyaki Meatballs

2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
1 cup plain dried bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tbsp. dried parsley, optional
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 Teriyaki Sauce Mix

Place first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with hands until
well combined. Shape into small balls and place on an ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn the
meatballs over and continue to bake until cooked through, about
5-10 minutes depending on the size. Transfer the meatballs to a
serving dish.

Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce Mix  as directed on the back
of the package. Pour sauce over cooked meatballs. Stir in one
can drained pineapple chunks if desired.
